Steps to use

Before you start:wipe each nail with an alcohol pad and let it dry. Oil and moisture are what make tabs lift — this one step is the difference between one day and three. 🧼

1. Buff — lightly roughen the surface of each nail with the included file. You are not filing the nail down; you are giving the tab something to grip.
2. Match — lay the tips out and find the size that hugs each nail bed side to side, with no gap at either edge.
3. Stick — press a jelly tab onto your natural nail and smooth it flat.
4. Press — set the tip at the cuticle edge and press down from the centre outward. Hold for 10 seconds.
5. Shape — run the file along the free edge to blend the tip to your taste.
