Steps to use

Before you start:wipe each nail with an alcohol pad and let it dry. Oil and moisture are what make tabs lift — this one step is the difference between one day and three. 🧼

1. Buff— lightly roughen the surface of each nail with the included file. You are not filing the nail down; you are giving the tab something to grip.
2. Match— lay the tips out and find the size that hugs each nail bed side to side, with no gap at either edge.
3. Stick— press a jelly tab onto your natural nail and smooth it flat.
4. Press— set the tip at the cuticle edge and press down from the centre outward. Hold for 10 seconds.
5. Shape— run the file along the free edge to blend the tip to your taste.

Taking them off:warm water or a little cuticle oil under the edge, then ease it up with the stick. No pulling — that is what chips your real nail.
